As your Smartphone Coach, I provide on-site support with your Apple and Android devices and their ecosystems.
I offer customized problem-solving and personalized training, from basics like updates and backups, including transferring from an old to a new device, to popular apps like WhatsApp, DeutscheBahn Navigator, or ChatGPT, and security topics such as app permissions and phishing protection.
Simply and with a lot of patience, I will explain everything to you individually so that you can use your mobile phone or tablet safely and confidently.

Where do I offer my service?
I offer my consulting service in person in the Tegernsee Valley. Upon request, I can also offer consultations by phone or online. In my experience, in-person consultations are most successful.

How does the first phone call work?
We will discuss your needs in an initial brief phone call. We will then schedule your personal appointment at your preferred location in the Tegernsee Valley – or at your home if you wish.
How does a session work?
I will meet with you, answer your questions, and provide you with tips and tricks – individually and at your own pace. We will test together until you feel comfortable. I will summarize our session, and you will receive a short summary for your convenience.
Can you also answer questions about tablets, laptops, or other devices?
Yes, if possible, I can also help you with laptop-related questions in the same session. This is billed in the same way as smartphone coaching.
How much does coaching cost?
One hour costs € 89.00 gross, including preparation, travel, follow-up and provision of all notes and presentations from the sessions for you to read.
Do I also offer my services for hospitals, retirement homes, or other facilities?
Yes, I offer customized workshops and regular coaching sessions for residents, patients, or guests. Please contact me for a quote for your facility!
