Where do I offer my service?
I offer my consulting service in person in the Tegernsee Valley. Upon request, I can also offer consultations by phone or online. In my experience, in-person consultations are most successful.

How does the first phone call work?
In our first phone call, we will discuss your questions. After that, we can schedule the first session at your preferred location in the Tegernsee Valley – or at your home, if you wish.
How does a session work?
During the session, I answer your questions and provide practical tips and guidance — tailored to your needs and at your own pace. If you like, we can practise together until you feel confident.
How much does coaching cost?
One hour costs € 89.00 gross, including preparation, travel, follow-up and provision of all notes and presentations from the sessions for you to read.
Do I also offer my services for retirement homes, rehabilitation clinics, or other facilities?
Yes, I offer customized workshops and regular coaching sessions for residents, patients, or guests. Please contact me for a quote for your facility.
Do you offer your services in other languages?
